Holiday Operation
We are closed the Friday before and Monday after weekend federal holidays
Project Turnaround Time
Ten business days after all web design information is received and payment is completed.
Expedited ($250): Five business days.
Payments & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance is required upon the completion of the website before the website is released.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on deposits or completed payments. All websites are released upon completion.
Revisions
Two free revisions are included in the purchase before the final draft. Additional revisions require a fee of $75 per edit.
Advertisement Rights
Hi-Tech Savvy reserves the right to advertise any designs created in the form of business promotional use.
Act of disappearance
A $75 fee is required to resume design creation upon 25 days with no communication. Upon 30 days the project will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded.
Right Of Refusal
Hi-Tech Savvy has the right to decline the creation of any design.
